Hi, I’m Kiandra! I’m an experienced and reliable pet sitter based in Airdrie with a genuine love for animals of all kinds and personalities. I previously built a great group of clients through Rover before taking a break due to a crazy schedule the last few years and I’m now excited to return with more availability and flexibility! I have hands-on experience working at a dog kennel, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve also spent years pet sitting for friends and family, including caring for more sensitive or temperamental animals—so I’m very comfortable reading animal behaviour and adjusting my approach to make them feel safe. I currently work part-time as a psychiatric nurse, which means I have plenty of days off to dedicate to pet care. I’m dependable, attentive, and calm under pressure—qualities that translate really well when caring for animals. I enjoy crafting, gardening and baking in my spare time. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and short stays at my home. I have a large, secure backyard and can host dogs for a few hours at a time. For safety and comfort, visiting dogs are always kept completely separate from my cat. I also have a large SUV, so I’m happy to do park trips, longer walks, or transport if needed. I love keeping pet owners updated with lots of photos and messages so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. I also have a bit of a green thumb and am happy to help with watering plants and light house-sitting tasks during visits. I have a large fenced backyard and a medium size SUV. I would prefer to keep any drop ins at my house to less than 3 to 4 hours as I will need to keep my cat separate! Happy to play in the backyard in the summer!

Kiandra was awesome with our cat! She went above and beyond to hang out, play, and take care of her while we were away. Super easy to communicate with and our cat loved her.

Schedule
I work part time as a nurse and am happy to provide pet care on my days off! I work 8 hour shifts and can stop by before/after work some days!
