I have two years experience as a veterinary assistant and used to work at PetSmart in animal care. I have a masters degree in biology at Cal Poly and now work in the biotech industry. To fulfill my passion for animals, I enjoy being on Rover to interact with a variety of pets and provide quality care to make pets feel safe and loved for when pet parents have to travel. Taking care of animals is a privilege to me and I will always put their needs first! I specialize in cat care, having experience in administering medicine and accommodating for a variety of behaviors. I can guarantee that any pet I’m with will be treated as if they are my own!

Kiana saved us last minute for a 16 day trip when our plans for cat care changed. We had her come twice a day and she played with the cats, sent tons of photos, and gave them lots of love. She handled the litter robot and an additional litter box. We appreciate her!
Kiana’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She kept me updated and answered my messages quickly. I am grateful for the care and support she provided during a very stressful emergency when a nearby fire required evacuation of our home when I was away. Kiana quickly evacuated my cats and helped ensure they were safe and well cared for. It shows that she genuinely cares about animals. I highly recommend her!
Kiana was so patient and sweet with our anxious little guy. She kept us updated with pictures and made sure to keep us aware of his behavior being upset while we were gone. Thankful she was very communicative!
