Kiana is an amazing pet sitter. She has provided excellent dog walking and overnight services for my Maltese on multiple occasions over the last two years. My dog is an energetic, spoiled little guy who needs a lot of pampering and attention. Kiana was always very reliable, walking him twice a day and cuddling with him. During overnight stays, she followed all of our specific instructions, including washing his paws and applying moisturizer, cleaning his eyes, brushing his hair, and keeping his routine consistent. I especially appreciate the detailed updates she provided, including pictures and videos. This gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I was always confident that he was not only safe but also happy and well cared for. Kiana is dependable, compassionate, and an excellent communicator.
