Kiaira was very nice and respectful. We really appreciated that she took the time to bring our packages inside while we were away, since our mail holds were ignored. The reason for the 3-star rating was due to a scheduling/communication issue at the end of the booking. Unfortunately, Kiaira did not show up for the final scheduled visit and we did not receive any communication beforehand letting us know there had been a change in plans or that she would be unable to make it. Totally understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, but communication is extremely important to me when someone is caring for my pets. To her credit, she did come by the following morning to make up for the missed visit. However, we were not informed that she planned to do so until after she had already arrived at our home. By that time, we were already on our way back and would have let her know that the makeup visit would not be necessary. We appreciate her effort to correct the mistake, but the missed visit and the communication surrounding the ordeal is what impacted this booking and rating.

My nervous shih tzu was calm and my lab even went back to say bye. 10/10 :)
