I work remotely full-time and regularly block time for daily exercise (early morning, noon, evening). I can be flexible for walks & drop-ins depending on your needs — if interested in recurring bookings, let’s chat more. For boarding, daycare or house sitting visits, you can expect me to be fully available during 100% of the stay. Walks and runs are my favorite part of my day! I’m available bright and early (7am/8am), around lunchtime (12pm), and once again in the early evening (2pm/3pm). *For boarding requests 4+ weeks out, please inquire directly about specific dates. Refer to my calendar, as I do my best to keep it updated 4-6 weeks in advance.

During bookings, you can expect me to be highly communicative, adaptable, and thoughtful in meeting your needs as well as your pet’s. Size, energy level, routines (food, bathroom); preferred exercise or play: any special care needs; comfort level with other dogs (on-leash, @dog parks); commands (sit, stay, leave it, go potty) and encouragement or rewards.
A typical day
Wake up to cuddles and morning potty break! Then it’s time for food & walk (or vice versa, owner’s choice). Love walks or runs to local dog-friendly parks — your park recommendations are 100% welcome! Toward midday, we’ll play in the yard and/or relax by the pool within the confines of my big, fenced yard. Following all the fun and excitement, I’ll provide all the affection & attention your pup needs. He/she will have long hallways to chase their favorite toys, fresh water bowls stationed around the house, and LOTS of cozy blankets and spots to pick from when it’s time for a snooze!

Having been a proud dog owner (passed 2017), I do not currently live with any pets or children at home, allowing me to provide undivided, 1on1 attention to your pooch. Our pets play a key role in our ability to live happy lives, which is why I take sincere joy in devoting my time to owners who could use a helping hand (or walking legs). Despite the obvious job perks — aka “hanging out with dogs for money” — I take my responsibilities as a pet caregiver quite seriously. Kia is truly a gem of a dog sitter. It’s clear from the moment you meet him that he genuinely loves dogs and takes the responsibility seriously. He’s incredibly attentive to every detail—exercise, meals, naps, and even your dog’s mood—and shares thoughtful, thorough updates throughout the day. The steady stream of photos and notes he sends makes you feel like you’re right there with your pup, which is such a comfort when you’re away. On top of that, Kia is responsible, kind, flexible, and completely professional. He’s friendly and easy to communicate with, and you can tell he treats your dog like one of his own. If you hate leaving your dog behind (and who doesn’t?), Kia is truly the only person you’ll want to leave them with. Highly recommend.
Kia is amazing- his attention to detail, knowkedge AND love of dogs, willing to ask clarifying questions and time spent during the meet and greet to learn about my six month pup was par none! I have been so worried about care for her in the one-off times when I need to travel or go to the office. Today we had her with Kia for a half day day care, which was following a M&G yesterday, and she was instantly relaxed! Kia provided real time updates and I will be continuing to have Kia build rapport with my girl and provide care when needed. I am breathing more easily now - Thank you Kia!

Kia is amazing! He definitely makes your dog the priority when he's taking care of your loved one. He takes a lot of pride in his work and has lots of experience with dogs. The second I booked with him he sent me a message and asked if I would want a meet and greet to make sure I qnd my pup felt comfortablewoth him. He actually took notes on my dog and his needs, during our meet and greet. Impressed by how meticulous he is in making sure you pet makes a smooth transition being with Kia. Others seem to just take this on as a side job, but you can tell with Kia it's a passion and takes great pride in his work. Also he knows a lot about dog behavior and was quick to pick up on my senior dogs needs. His house setup is amazing as well for any dog. My dog almost seemed relectant to leave when I picked him up. I'm using Kia for future boarding needs.
