Experienced with seniors, puppies, anxiety, and special needs! I love animals and have always had pets, and I'd love the opportunity to meet some new animal friends! I've volunteered over 200 hours caring for and walking dogs and cats of all ages, from high-energy huskies to nursing kittens. Your pet will be safe, happy, and engaged while in my care. I pride myself on being willing to learn from every animal and pet parent I meet. I'm currently studying for a CCPDT training certification and am learning every day about evidence-based animal care. I will treat your pet with the same care, consideration, and respect as one of my own.

Safety always comes first. I make a point to stay aware of animal body language and communication and will take the utmost care to keep your pet safe and healthy. I've had experience working with escape artists and dogs that love to chase. I'll always respect your pet's limits and accommodate their needs to ensure they're happy and safe. I do not have a personal car, but I will always keep in mind your emergency contact and can call friends or pet-friendly rideshare in the event of an emergency

Khushi walked my dog a couple times, she was timely and very attentive to my senior dog. She had very good insight into my dog’s needs and sends updates/photos. Will definitely use her again!
We needed a last-minute, local sitter to watch our dog for the day, and Khushi was the first to respond to my request. Our dog does not like strangers and takes a bit to warm up to you. But when Khushi arrived to our home for a brief overview of care, our dog did not bark and quickly felt comfortable with her. She’s very knowledgeable with different breeds and their needs, attentive to detail and thorough with communication. We were at peace having her drop by our home to take of our pup and will be using her again for when we need a dog sitter.

Schedule
I petsit full time and study remotely, so I can drop in and care for your animals at any time of day. For overnights I can be with your pet from 7 PM to 7 AM with check-ins throughout the day on weekdays. Constant care is also an option if that suits your pet's needs better.

- Feeding and walk routine are important for me to know. I would also like to be aware of anything you're working on, such as reactivity or anxiety, so I can make accommodations. Temperament and how your pet handles other animals and people are also important so I can keep everyone safe and comfortable. I'll also need to know any medical or special needs, and of course what treats and toys they love!
