Experienced pet sitter here! After growing up with a passion for pet care I spoil my own pets and still jump at opportunities to help out neighbors and friends with their furry family members while they were away. I have never been without at least one rescue animal and I have experience fostering dogs from local shelters in need of basic training so they can find a forever home faster. I have experience keeping senior pets extra comfortable and pampered because over the years my dogs have lived into their late teens with me. I am also experienced in handling select exotic animals, I personally keep small turtles and freshwater fish. As well as exotic cat breeds!

Schedule
I am currently attending college locally and from home so I can remain close to my own animals and hopefully yours too. Being home so often allows me to focus on attending to all your pets unique needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I am all about safety in my home. Dogs are closely supervised while on a long lead for all potty breaks. Each potty break tends to turn into a nice quick walk around my lovely neighborhood. In my home and yours, I am a believer that a dog's crate should be it's comfort spot, a safe place away from dogs It may not know or things they should not eat while humans are away. I am happy to utilize crates positively and for your dogs safety. Because I have a "one boarding client at a time" policy and only own 1 small and quiet dog, My home is the safest option for small or nervous dogs who don't enjoy loud enviorments or large playful dogs. I am also fully capable of separating my dog and providing each dog with their own large section of home via baby gate should the need ever arise. While I have a soft spot for tiny senior dogs, I also greatly enjoy high energy small dogs and will be happy to provide them plenty of stimulating activity in my care. There is always a trusted individual home to supervise my boarding doggies should I need to quickly attend to nearby pets needing a drop in or walk.

A typical day
Some favorite dog activities I will never get tired of are stuffing kong toys with healthy snacks and watching dogs play with mentally enriching toys in general. Toys exercise the mind while walks exercise the body. My favorite destination for dog walks is getting fresh air at Cranes Roost Park!
