Love dogs of all sizes and shapes!
There is just nothing better than being able to give back to dogs! They do so much for us, so I’m thankful for the opportunity to show them some love and care back. I decided to become a full-time dog-sitter so I could help owners in need of dog care while they experience all that LA has to offer without worrying about their dog's supervision. I was born and raised with a dog in the family, so animals and I have been inseparable. I know that it can be difficult to find quality care for your pooch while you’re away, so I’m here to fulfill that role! Before I moved to California, I had four dogs in the family back home in Miami. We had two Chow's (Luke and Texas), one Schnauzer (Chloe), and one German Shepherd (Storm). In addition to being an owner, I've also volunteered for several local adoption programs here in Cali as well as Miami. Before joining Rover, I was even a k-9 handler for Staples Center/LA Live security! I've also had experience with barn animals on a farm. I got to interact with horses, cows and baby goats there. They were very adventurous yet happy animals with no care in the world much like pups! When taking on a new client, I always like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great opportunity to make sure that we are a good fit for one another, plus we get to chat face-to-face about how to make your dog as happy as possible! I love to ask lots of questions so that I can figure out just what makes your pooch tick. Plus, I always just enjoy meeting a pup for the first time! I have no breed preferences, so all are welcome by me. When your pup is under my care, I’ll make sure that both you and your dog feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. To that end, communication is one of my strong suits. I provide owners with daily updates on how their pooch is doing with lots of accompanying photos to show off just how much fun we’re having! I always keep open lines of communication in case there is any need for questions or anything of the sort. For furry friends, I always try to recreate the conditions that they are used to at home. That means adhering as closely as possible to the schedule they have at home and providing them with tons of love! I’m always happy to go the extra mile for you and your pup, so just ask!

Khristian was exceptionally professional, trustworthy, and caring to our home and our pets when we were away for a week. She followed instructions and was an amazing communicator throughout her stay with our dog and cat. She sent pictures and updates daily and was always available when we reached out. She was very patient with our dog who is shy and scared of strangers at first but by the end they were best friends. Khristian was respectful of our home during her stay and we came back to a clean house with happy pets! We will 100% be hiring Khristian again for our next trip without our pets.
Khristian is the absolute BEST! I cannot sing her praises enough. She truly went above and beyond in caring for our pup, Nola, and our home. Her communication was great - she sent frequent updates and always was quick to respond. At the end of our trip, our flight was cancelled, and she was flexible in staying an extra day! We returned home to a happy dog who had a wonderful two weeks of fun with her new friend! Thank you Khristian!!
Khristian is a GREAT sitter! She sent us daily reports and pictures, very quick to respond to all our messages, and she showered our puppy with so much love! Thank you for taking care of Frida! ?
We had to go out of town last minute and it was such a relief to find Khristian! She took excellent care of our chihuahua Oliver and our home while we were away. She sent several picture updates and the whole experience was completely stress free. Will definitely be using her again!

I can not recommend her enough. She is courteous, quick, neat, communicative when you need, and easy going. She went above and beyond to take care of my puppy AND my house! I would book her again in a heartbeat!

Schedule
Since I’m a full time student most of my time revolves around studying and heading to class but that’s about it. I have plenty of time to care for the beloved canines.

I live in a spacious apartment so there is no yard. But I do have a court yard that they can run around and play.

A typical day
Besides the bare essentials (potty, treats, playtime!), your pup and I will go on lots of walks and visit the local dog parks. My favorite is Echo Park; it’s always fun to socialize there! I also enjoy Sherman Oaks Park, dogs have such an amazing time there. Such a great view and an adventurous park ground (perfect for curious canines). I will not deprive your pup of adventure when they’re with me, so I'll be sure to get lots of information on what they typically enjoy doing. There's nothing that I want more than making sure they are happy, so if going around the world in 80 days is your pup’s fancy, off we go!
