Hi! My name is Khayra, but you can call me Cielo! I absolutely love animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities! I understand how important it is to find the right sitter for your furry (or scaly!) family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away. I work from home, so I’m available for both daytime and overnight care. I also love sending cute photos and regular updates so you can have peace of mind and see how much fun your pets are having! I have 8 years of pet-sitting experience and have cared for a wide variety of animals, from energetic kittens and puppies to senior Rottweilers, disabled pets, and animals with behavioral challenges. I previously worked at Wag Hotelas a dog/cat handler and bather, where I gained valuable hands-on experience caring for pets with many different needs and personalities. Cielo is fantastic! She followed directions and went above and beyond to make sure my husky got the stimulation she needed! She is superb with communication and I would highly recommend her day care services to anyone!
Cielo stayed with our dog Larry over Thanksgiving break and was a thoughtful, kind, attentive sitter and a courteous houseguest to boot! We felt completely secure having fun with my family knowing she had her eye on everything.

Cielo was wonderful! She was on time, super friendly and very knowledgeable about various dogs breeds and training techniques. Schedule
I’m home full time and love having fun with your pets at their own pace! Outside of pet care, I love going on jogs around the city and taking walks on beautiful nature trails. I’d be happy to give your pup some extra exercise and enrichment while they’re in my care!

I absolutely looooove cuddling with pets—if they’re into it, of course! 🥰 I want every pet in my care to feel comfortable, safe, and right at home. They’re more than welcome on the furniture, whether that means curling up next to me on the couch or finding their favorite cozy spot. I’m also very open to making accommodations to help your pet feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. If there’s something special they’re used to at home or something that helps them settle in, I’m happy to do my best to recreate that same sense of comfort here! 🐾❤️
A typical day
I love giving pets the care, attention, and enrichment they deserve! I enjoy keeping them mentally and physically stimulated with fun activities like treat puzzles, enrichment games, walks, and plenty of playtime—all while respecting each pet’s unique personality, needs, and comfort level. I’m naturally adventurous and love exploring nature trails, discovering new spots around the city, and finding fun ways to make every outing an exciting experience. I also enjoy arranging playdates with other local pet owners so pets can socialize, make new friends, and burn off some energy.
