I would not recommend Khalid to ever watch any animal ever again. 1. Late Arrival and Extended Crating Khalid did not arrive until 8:21 PM on February 21, despite the booking beginning at noon. This resulted in our dogs being crated for approximately 12 hours without a break. 2. Inaccurate and Insufficient Visits Khalid's actual visits (INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS) to our home were minimal and far shorter than expected. Based on the activity logs, he was present only during the following times: 2/21: 8:21 PM – 9:47 PM (86 minutes) 2/22: 4:26 AM – 4:40 AM (14 minutes) Crated 5 hours 2/22: 9:39 AM – 9:50 AM (11 minutes) Crated 8 hours 2/22: 5:53 PM – 7:24 PM (31 minutes) Crated over 13 hours 2/23: 8:38 AM – 9:09 AM (31 minutes) Across the entire 48‑hour booking, our dogs were only out of their crates for 2 hours and 53 minutes, meaning they were confined for approximately 45 hours and 12 minutes. This level of confinement is inhumane and completely unacceptable. Additionally, he only took them on one 13‑minute walk during the entire stay. Of course the walks wouldn't have been necessary if they weren't confined to their crates for such extended periods of time. 3. Unauthorized Individuals in Our Home On February 22, he allowed two other people into our home without our knowledge or consent. This also means he shared our security alarm code, which is a serious breach of trust and home security. 4. Possible Damage and Lack of Communication It appears that one of our dogs urinated on the couch, and instead of notifying us, he simply covered the area with a blanket. This lack of communication was appalling. We trusted responsible care for our pets and our home. This experience has left us extremely concerned, and we ask that this matter be addressed promptly.

Khalid was amazing with my three pups. They were immediately drawn to him when they met. My pups very much enjoyed their time with Khalid. Gave me peace of mind knowing that they are under his care. Khalid is professional and provides excellent service. Thank you!

Khalid has been walking my dog for several months now, and it's been a wonderful experience. Sasha has a lot of energy and it's crystal clear that Khalid understands her needs and has a real connection with her, apart from me i've never seen her this excited whenever he comes to pick her up. After each walk she always come back and go straight to her bed which is perfect for me, the updates and pictures i recieve when they're off on a walk always put a smile on my face. All and all Khalid is punctual, reliable and truly care about sasha's well being and i'm forever grateful he was recommended.

Animals love Khalid. I have witnessed him many times petting a house pet that approaches him. The pet was relaxed and enjoying the attention. He had a great relationship with our dog for years. I am confident that he will be a responsible pet caregiver.
