Your dog’s new best friend! 🐾
I lost my best friend this year. I got her when she was 8 weeks old & she passed away at the age of 9. Rottweilers typically have a short lifespan but no amount of time would’ve been enough. It was just her and I, therefore, it gave me the experience of taking care of a puppy, a senior dog, & everything in between. I do have a full time job but I miss the companionship & I absolutely love dogs, however, I’m not ready to get another one of my own. So I am here hoping to take the best care of your fur baby & to spread the love I have for dogs!

Kayla is our favorite! We have used her a few times and my pup has the best time with Kayla. We always have peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands while we are away.
My dog didn't want to leave Khala's house when i picked him up! She was so great and communicative, I could tell he was loved and taken care of while I was gone
Khala was AMAZING! Even though Ellie can be a shy dog, she immediately approached Khala so we felt confident that it would be an easy transition for her to spend the week with with Khala. Khala provided regular updates (with photos) and was great with communication. She's flexible, repectful, responsive, and highly recommended.

Khala was communicative throughout Liv’s stay, sending me updates and pictures, the pick up and drop off was also easy with ample of communication.
Did an amazing job with our dog! This was our second time booking with Khala since she did such a phenomenal job the first time. Very flexible, great communication, sent very cute photos of the dog during the whole stay. Our dog seemed happy, comfortable, and very well-taken-care-of. Would highly recommend!

Schedule
I work full time but have a fairly flexible routine and work nearby. Some days I also work from home. I am available for boarding on the weekends, I am free after 3pm on weekdays & for early-mid day walks. I travel around the city during the week so can be available to others in areas such as West Loop/Fulton Market, The Loop, or River North.

I live on the 1st floor of a large walk up. There is a fenced in court yard & a great neighborhood (near Lincoln (Abraham) Park & Oz Park) for walking your pups.
A typical day
I live close to Lincoln (Abraham) & Oz park! I love to take long walks along the lakefront trail and hang out by the lake!
