The Fun Aunt of Pet Care!
My name is Khadijah. I am 29 years old with a Masters. I work in Higher Education. I love dogs and have been around them and taking care of them my whole life. I have worked and volunteered at both rescue shelters and humane societies. I incorporate my love for animals in every facet of my life. I’m am back from a pet care sabbatical now that I have more time. It will be my absolute pleasure to make sure your family member is well taken care of. I am an experienced pet sitter and dog walker. I have primarily worked with dogs but I am a regular sitter for several rabbits and cats I have experience with giving animals medication including insulin, first-aid, and basic training. *Note* I have a 5 year old pup and 16 year old cat in my home ! If your pet has quirks or special concerns , it’s okay just let me know. I have worked with reactive animals and medically complex ones as well ! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out for a chat or to set up a meet and greet !!

I only care for one animal (or group of animals) at a time so clients have a piece of mind. Pets enjoy consistency so I try to stick to the same schedules owners already have. Quality time also always helps.

We took a weekend away and Khadijah was great with all 3 of our pets, with lots of communication and pictures.

Khadijah did a great job looking after my 4 babies (3 cats and 1 dog). She followed all instructions to a T and my babies really took a liking to her as well :)
Khadijah and her sweet pup Garnet did a great job watching our puppy Clove and big brother Champ while we were away for a long weekend! Loved the frequent photos of them all playing together!! Thanks so much!!
For the first time ever, our cat wasn't traumatized by our vacation so Khadijah has my high recommendation! She kept trying to make friends with our antisocial kitty, took good care of him, our bird feeding, our plants and our home. She reported daily with photos which I really appreciated. She's responsible and caring and I'm grateful to her!
Khadijah is wonderful! Our two dogs, while small, can be handfuls but Kadijah was able to work with them no problem. She was kind enough to send us texts, pictures, and videos of our boys while we were on our trip. We would be delighted to rely on her again! Your babies are in very caring, capable, and attentive hands with Kadijah. A plus is her bubbly and outgoing personality!

Schedule
My weekends are fully available. I believe animals I care for should feel like they are on vacation so I also enjoy fitting them into things I enjoy like walks in the park.
