Animal loving couple. Home full time with a garden
Hi, Kez & Alice here. We are an animal loving couple who work at home full time and your pets will always come first in our household. So far, we have dog sat around 40 different dogs in the space of the last 4 years and we have loved every minute of it. Dogs we have looked after include high anxiety, high energy and females on heat. We’ve also had 2 dogs together at the same time who stayed with us for 2 weeks. During your pets time with us, you can rest assured that they will never be left alone and will have free reign of the house! Kez: I have done a couple of stints in Brazil volunteering at a dog sanctuary so I have experience dealing with a wide range of personality types and temperaments. I have always loved all animals and have had my fair share of pet dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits and even rats. Alice: I have always been a massive dog person and doted on all family pets. They come first over everything to me and will never be left alone. I love to walk dogs in the morning and again in the evening - with lots of sitting out in the garden in between! I joined Kez on his second trip to Brazil in August of 2023 looking after abandoned and abused dogs. You are more than welcome to as many pre-visits as you like so you can get to know us and to make sure that we’re the right fit for you and your pet. Between us we both work from home full time and will be at home 7 days a week. We returned from a 6-month career break in March 2024 where we were doing voluntary work around the world and this has included time spent volunteering at animal shelters which we loved! We also like to send daily updates on your pets so be prepared for plenty of pictures of your pooches! We have no pets of our own and we have no plans to have children any time soon so it’s just the two of us. We have a semi secure garden which the pets will have constant access to and we are right near the Yorkshire Dales so there are plenty of places to go on walks.

Lewis had a wonderful stay with Kez and Alice. They were absolutely amazing and made him feel comfortable, loved, and right at home from the start. It was clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. We really appreciated the regular updates, including photos, videos, and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was lovely to see how happy and relaxed Lewis was throughout his stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kez and Alice to other pet owners and would happily book with them again. Lolly was so happy staying with Alice and Kez. I think she has found her second parents and a home away from home. I cannot thank you enough for working with Lolly and allowing her to go at her own pace this allowed her to gain confidence and to trust you - which I can safely say she does. The photos you sent us were fantastic and we could see her personality coming out as she settled in your home. You are both amazing 🤩 x
Kez and Alice were brilliant with our 8 month high energy puppy. They looked after her so well and she came back relaxed and happy. They kept us updated with pictures and videos regularly to make sure that we didn’t worry about Brandy and gave her their full attention. I will definitely be looking to book with Kez and Alice again in the future. Thank you so much!

Kez and Alice took our puppy for a trial night, they were exceptional and took lots of pictures to reassure us. Brandy can’t wait to stay again for her holiday!
Wonderful from start to finish. This was the first time I had left Lolly with anyone, as a rescue she is a little anxious and unsure about new people and places. Alice and Kez put Lolly at ease and worked with her to help her settle in, in her own time. I think Alice and Kez are amazingly. Thank you 🤩

Schedule
Your pets will have our undivided attention 24 hours a day as we are both at home 7 days a week. As between us, we both work from home full time there will never be a moment where your pet will be left alone.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a semi secured fenced garden and we are both always at home every day of the week so your pets will always be within our eyesight. We will also put up temporary fencing in any unsecured areas while we have your dog.
A typical day
We will always cater to your dogs individual needs before planning any activities but our home will be a constant source of fun with plenty of playing with toys. Treats will also always be available if you are happy for us to offer this. We have a the Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep so there will be lots of walks in nature and we also like to do car trips to some of the country parks which are located about a 20 minute drive away. For any dogs that aren’t great off the lead, we have a secure dog field 5 minutes away which can be rented at an additional cost.
