I am retired , so your dog would most definitely get lots of attention throughout its stay with me. I take my dog Oscar on 2 walks a day around the village there is a lovely loop that he enjoys and I am sure you dog would too! Oscar is a lovely puppy, who loves all dogs and people, so we would only be looking for dogs that are good with dogs.

Spacious, Safe & Social – A Home from Home for Your Dog Welcome to our dog-friendly haven! We’re based in a quiet village with lovely countryside walks right on our doorstep. Our very large, fully enclosed garden offers plenty of space for dogs to run, play, or relax in one of the many shaded areas. Your dog will be staying in a calm, safe environment where pets are treated like family. We allow dogs on the furniture (because snuggles are important!), and we welcome all sizes and breeds. They’ll also have the company of our friendly and very social Labrador, Oscar, who loves meeting new doggy friends and is great at helping nervous dogs settle in. A typical day
Now that I'm retired, pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily life. My days are centered around the dogs — from relaxed morning walks through the village to playtime in the garden and quiet afternoons together. With no work commitments, I'm home most of the day, so your dog will get plenty of attention, companionship, and care. Weekdays and weekends are much the same here — calm, consistent, and dog-focused. Whether it’s a cuddle on the sofa, a stroll in the shade, or keeping to feeding and medication routines, I’m always on hand to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and at home.

Hi! I’m a retired dog lover with over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I currently live in a comfortable bungalow with a large, fully enclosed garden—perfect for safe play and outdoor time. I share my home with a well-mannered, friendly male Labrador who’s nearly 2 years old. He’s great with other dogs and loves having company, whether it’s for play or just relaxing together. Over the years, I’ve cared for senior dogs with health conditions, including those needing regular medication and extra support. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and gentle care—especially when it comes to older dogs. Being retired means I’m home most of the time, so your dog will get plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. Whether your pup needs quiet companionship or more active engagement, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved—just like one of my own.

Your kindness and reliability took a huge weight off my shoulders, while I was attending a funeral. Kevin has a large secure, dog friendly garden which is perfect for plenty of exercise and playtime. Nelson was clearly very happy and well cared for the whole time. I would not hesitate xx to use Kevin again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Kevin made both us and our dog Chester feel completely welcome. He listened carefully to our instructions regarding Chester’s medication and followed them exactly, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Kevin also kept us updated throughout Chester’s stay, even sending videos of him happily playing in the garden with Kevin’s own dog, which was a lovely touch and really reassuring. It’s clear to see Kevin genuinely cares about dogs and has a real passion for what he does. The level of care and service he provided was excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future. Chester came home absolutely exhausted from all the fun he’d had and honestly seemed disappointed to leave after making new friends and enjoying such a great stay.
Dante had a great overnight stay with Kevin and Oscar. Kevin is obviously very experienced and sent us lovely photos and videos of the visit. The fact that Dante had fun was evidenced by how tired he was the next day.
