Home away from home for your furry friend
My wife and I had Jack Russells until very recently, for over 16 years. They were very loved members of our family. We’re not ready to take on other dogs just yet, but we would love to look after your dog as if it were our own. We’re very used to dogs and their needs, and we can happily accommodate older dogs. We also live opposite Harrison Park, which is perfect for regular trips outside.

Nemo (my young and lively cocker spaniel) went for a trial daycare session before booking an overnight stay. He had two lovely walks and came back happy and tired. Thanks for taking care of him!
Kevin and his wife had our dog Murphy while we went on a family trip. I had never used rover before and was extremely anxious about leaving our boy behind especially with someone we did not know. We done a meet beforehand so Murphy was familiar with the surroundings. Kevin and his wife Leah were amazing with Murphy. He had so much fun got lots of attention and walks. I was kept up to date throughout the whole stay with videos pictures and messages and was made to feel at ease the whole time. Would definetly recommend and will be using the service from this lovely couple again. Thanks for looking after my boy 😊
Kevin and Leah were wonderful dog sitters. I had regular updates with lots of pictures of rue looking like she’s living her best life while they had her. Thank you so much she had a blast! One very happy pup
Kevin and Leah took such great care of Johnny. Kevin kept me updated throughout his stay with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. They took him on lovely walks and he clearly had a great time with them. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😊

Schedule
My wife works from home so can be with your dog full time and take them outside regularly. We'll give them lots of cuddles on the sofa.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Someone will be with your dog most if not all of the time. We will take them for long walks as per their needs. Down to Harrison park and along the Union Canal for example. We also like walking the water of Leith pathway as well as beach walks.
A typical day
We would start the day early with a walk along the canal, a play in the park at lunch time, another good walk around 6 and smaller walk before bed and in between as necessary. Lots of playing with toys in the flat and chilling together.
