It’s a large part of my schedule. I’m always working on something, and I blend the pet care into my daily lifestyle. If you’re flexible, I can usually make it work.

I do everything I can to keep them safe, and most of the time they spend indoors with me lounging around while I’m working on my laptop, doing housework, etc. If I leave the house, I'm sure to secure everyone inside and don’t have anything dangerous laying around they could get into.

Information Kevin S. would like to know about your pet
* Please advise me if ... - your dog has food allergies - has had any recent sicknesses, injuries, pains, etc. - has any destructive tendencies or dirty habits. My goal is to keep your dog happy and healthy, but also to protect my stuff if I can lol. Are they good or toy possessive? Do they steal/eat shoes? Drink toilet water? Chew on furniture? Eat their own poop? Are they a mini Houdini and hell-bent on escaping? Let me know!
A typical day
Netflix in the background, Alexa playing tunes, naps on the couch and in the office, and plenty of outside time if the weather is nice. Treats and belly rubs in-between chores :)

Pet care experience
Hi there! A little about myself: My name is Kevin Santos. I work full-time from home, as well as take on some real estate projects and clients.I have been dog sitting primarily through Rover for about 6 years now. I started with Rover during an injury that required me to be off my feet for 4 weeks, and I fell in love with it. Past clients - please note I’ve moved! I am now in Laurel Springs, NJ. My dog: I've been a dog owner most of my life, over 20 years now. I currently have one big block-headed boy, an 8 year old American Bully, Zeke. I've had pugs and a few mixed breeds before, and a Frenchie named Duncan, the one in the suit. At this point I've watched over every breed you can think and never heard of, and I don't discriminate against any type of dog, just please be honest if they have any negative tendencies! I’ve had somewhere around 600 or more dogs spend time with me and a large number of repeat clients. I have a large fenced in area in the new place, and typically only take 1-3 dogs at a time these days, as I work from home full-time. How it will work with me I am currently working remotely, full-time, so I keep my doggie headcount very low these days (no more than 2 or 3), as I aim to give you and your pet a great, "homey" experience. While your pet stays with me, you will get updated (I aim for daily) with pictures and videos. I treat them like my own and you'll see that in the reviews, when we are relaxing they're on the couch with me, we spend time outdoors on days that allow, and they snooze next to me during work hours in the office. What to expect: If you decide you’d like me to take care of your furry one(s), It comes with an implied promise that I treat them as if they’re my own. That being said, my primary concern is your dog’s SAFETY during the stay. I can be heavy handed with treats ... the menu during their stay includes whatever you bring, chicken meatballs, eggs with breakfast, natural honey mixed in with dry food, etc. If you're pup is allergic to anything or you don't want me doing this please let me know! For the humans: I worked in the travel industry from 2014 to 2020, and am now back to it at a Travel Tech company, and have been fortunate to adventure around the world. Because of this, I fully understand the value of a few weeks, long weekend, or even a day away without worry of leaving your little one behind. I want to make this easy and comfortable for you, too! So for that reason, I've stocked up and have several extra treats, toys, dog pillows, dog blankets, dog beds ...etc. ... Which means on drop-off day all you need is your dog(s), their food, any medication they are taking, vet information (I prefer this is in the app or your profile), and anything else you think I need or should know about your pet. Lastly, If you have any questions please just ask. 🙂 Lastly, I limit my meet and greets these days as Zeke has aged, and it can be time consuming but will always at least make time for a video call! Kevin did an excellent job! Kept in touch with us throughout our boys stay with him, sent pics/updates. Excellent communication throughout! I highly recommend his services!
Everything was great
Meeting Kev was a great experience very nice and friendly, dog is a lil shy and scared he was great with him sent pics we had a very relaxed weekend knowing he was being well taking care of! Really appreciate it Kev and 100% would suggest anyone wanting to have a good experience to use him

Kevin was great! He sent pictures and updated me and clearly gave my girl lots of attention and personalized care. It was reassuring to know that my dog was welcomed into Kevin’s home and she wasn’t getting a stressful kennel experience. I would highly recommend Kevin if you want your dog to feel at home with a kind soul.
