I understand the value of punctuality/reliability, a schedule/routine, and social time with your pets, I am an active person so can give as much exercise as needed, am comfortable giving meds, and getting your dog into his/her crate.

I don't have any breed preferences. Obviously pets that are hostile/aggressive towards new people will be problematic. And if your pets are hostile/aggressive towards other animals I would need to know that in order to plan accordingly. I am comfortable giving oral and injectable meds, and will need detailed instructions (dosage, frequency, etc) from you if applicable to ensure your pets get the care they need. I will need to know about any other special considerations such as diet, injuries, chronic conditions, etc. And of course I will need your preferred vet's contact info. I will need explicit instructions in writing on decisions I can make regarding vet care, emergency or otherwise, if I am unable to contact you for any reason.
A typical day
I'm up for whatever your pet likes to do! I am very active; walking, running, throwing the tennis ball, playing with cat toys, whatever your pet enjoys. I will also give your pet however much affection and companionship they are interested in. My pets have all been snugglers, but I certainly understand if yours aren't, especially with new people.

Please note I arrive in Steamboat in May! I am here to love and care for your pets! I grew up with dogs and have had cats my entire adult life. In Aug 2025 I said goodbye to my 19 y/o cat, Nigel. We navigated chronic kidney disease together and as a result I am well versed in senior pet needs, giving meds and sub-q fluids. I understand how important details are in giving pet care and promise to treat your furry family members as my own.

Kevin was great with my two dogs, very communicative and easy to schedule with. Really appreciated having him and would absolutely recommend him to others!
Kevin was a fantastic sitter for our two dogs. Sent lots of photo updates, was very responsive, and even did some unprompted leash training! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will definitely be booking him again!
