Emergency contacts, vet information, and house rules are also appreciated so I can provide consistent, confident care.
A typical day
A typical day is structured but calm and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I start with feeding, fresh water, and a quick health and mood check. For cats, that means litter maintenance, gentle interaction, and quiet companionship. For dogs, it includes walks, enrichment, and play balanced with rest. Throughout the day, I make sure pets feel secure, comfortable, and not overstimulated. I end the day with evening care, a clean space, and quality one-on-one time. Activities are tailored to each pet’s personality and energy level. Dogs enjoy walks, structured play, light training reinforcement, and mental enrichment games. Cats get interactive play, window time, enrichment toys, brushing if they enjoy it, and calm bonding time. I always follow the pet’s cues—some want play, others just want presence—and I make sure activities are safe, positive, and stress-free.
