This has allowed me to develop my skills as a pet sitter and ensure that I am properly taking care of your animals as per industry standards. Additionally, having both a cat and a special needs dog gives me the understanding of the responsibility of looking after another persons pet. As a care provider I am kind, energetic and attentive. I’m happy to follow their usual schedule for feeding, walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship. When caring for pets in house, I make sure they feel comfortable and secure in their own environment while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

While we were on vacation in England for three weeks, Kevin took care of our cats, Duncan and Nigel, and we couldn't have been more pleased. From the moment we met him, it was clear that Kevin is not just a caregiver but a true animal lover. He took the time to understand each cat's personality and needs, ensuring they felt comfortable and secure in our absence. He sent us regular updates and adorable photos, which reassured us that Duncan and Nigel were thriving and happy. Kevin went above and beyond in his care. He even took the initiative to engage them with their favorite toys, which kept them entertained and active. When we returned, our home was just as we left it, and both cats were healthy and content. Kevin looked after our dog Tyson and cat Jax. He was so wonderful with them! It’s always hard leaving our pets home when we go on vacation. Kevin made us feel comfortable and at ease. He also was so easy to work with and went above and beyond the week he spent with them by sending us photos and videos everyday! Needless to say we will be calling Kevin again the next time we need a sitter!!

Schedule
I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. I’m able to take breaks to check in on them, provide meals, fresh water, bathroom breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. Because I’m home for most of the day, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I can also be flexible with timing and adjust my schedule around your pet’s routine and individual needs. Whether your pet is looking for a walk, some playtime, or simply a little extra company during the day, I’m happy to provide a calm, comfortable, and caring environment while you’re away.

- Every dog has their own personality, needs, abilities, and routines, so it’s important for me to understand what makes your pet unique before caring for them. Knowing their energy level, exercise needs, behaviour, temperament, comfort level around other people and dogs, and any special requirements helps me provide care that is safe, enjoyable, and tailored specifically to them. I want to make sure your dog feels comfortable and understood, while also giving you peace of mind that their individual needs are being taken seriously.
