I like to meet dogs ahead of time to get to know their walking style and the neighborhood; that way I can prepare a walking route beforehand. Also it helps to know food allergies if any as I typically have small treats on hand.
A typical day
Drop in visits and walks are fun as the dog is typically comfortable in their own environment and super happy to see a friend. Drop in visits consist of all in house care per instructions and then a nice wall around the neighborhood. It's nice when dogs live close to parks or trails as then we can have a good walk in that area.

I have owned dogs for my entire lifetime and cared for them for 5 years. I would love the opportunity to help care for your dog, cat or other pets while you are away! I am available for dog walks and drop in visits for all species. I am always willing to meet prior to introduce myself to you and your pet. When visiting clients home I always ensure I obey all access instructions for pet safety. I make sure to also follow all feeding and care instructions. During walks, dogs always remain on leash.

Kevin took great care of my cats and made me feel a lot better about leaving them alone for the first time. I was unusually anxious, but he came over to meet me and them and learn their routine, and made me feel comfortable right away. He was very patient with Biscuit, who's shy, and I could tell Mango felt comfortable around him. Will definitely book with him again the next time I need a cat sitter.
Kevin was the perfect pet sitter! He watched our 2 cats when we were away for a week. He sent numerous photos, let us know when he would be going to our home, communicated well, and left everything perfect! 10/10 would use him again and recommend him to all others!
Kevin was very responsive and punctual and sent lots of pictures. A huge relief compared to other sitters I booked with on Rover in the past.
Kevin was great with my Great Dane. He was able to accommodate need on short notice and took really good care of my dog.
