Kevin B. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

We were very impressed by the job that Kevin B. did. This was the first time we had used Rover. We have an old, ill dog who requires special medical care and a young, untrained dog that we inherited from my parents. We also have two cats. Kevin was able to handle everything without a problem and was able to help train the younger dog and was also able to get our older dog to eat, something that usually doesn’t happen when I’m away. If I had realized how good Kevin was, I would have booked a longer trip. We will definitely ask Kevin to sit for us again when needed. He was a godsend.

Kevin was so great! He was very communicative & reassuring for us first time Rover users. He sent plenty of pictures of our girl, too. He was flexible with our last minute needs & requests. I would absolutely book with Kevin again. Thanks!

Kevin and his wife are now our dog's new best friends! We had a phenomenal experience with them. We went on a 2 week holiday trip to Europe and boarded our sweet dog with them. After having had her with them only once before, for a sleep over, we right away saw our dog will be treated as a family member. So when we arrived for her to stay the 2 weeks, Bendi showed us that she was happy to see them as she walked right up to them both with a wagging tail. That is a good sign and a comforting sight for us as an owner! During the 2 weeks they sent us wonderful pictures of Bendi relaxing by their feet on their beautiful and comfy rug or being outside in their backyard. Their backyard is perfect for younger energetic or an elderly dog like ours, who does not need long excercising walks every day. But they also offered long walks. They had no problems handling special feeding requirements and small personal wishes. In all, this will be Bendi's future "vacation" home when we need it. No more kennel for Bendi as long as we have Kevin and his lovely wife for her to stay with! ?

I think our dog has a new Aunt and Uncle. Kevin and his wife are very communicative, just the sweetest and kind couple, and have a perfect environment for taking care of one's pets. Dogs don't lie. When the dog easily goes up to them multiple times and wants to lay near them, wherever they are in the house, you know the dog is comfortable. We are so thrilled to have found them to take care of our beloved older dog. We enjoyed the photos, meeting them and we have already booked with them for our travel plans. 5 Stars All The Way!

Kevin was great with our two cats. He sent tons of photos so I knew they were getting attention. Would definitely recommend!
