Athletic recent M.A. loves dogs!
Pet care experience
Dogs and I get along because we are a lot alike: I love running, games, and good kibble. We both have a lot of energy and are loyal to our friends. I've always thought dogs often make better people than people do, and have plenty of evidence to back it up. As an athletic person, I have high energy and I love physical activity (i.e. running, throwing for fetch, general active fun!). I am a very patient person with a strong moral compass who understands that dogs are doing their best to function in a human world. I also understand how much a dog can mean to his or her owner. I know that leaving a our quadrupedal buddies behind can be hard. I want to make that process easier.
Reviews
Kevin is an animal lover through and through. He didn't grow up with dogs, but you'd never know it! Kev is a buddy to every dog he meets and regularly makes a new best friend walking around DC. He's great at fetch, cuddles, and walking even the strongest of pups. He has two cats that he takes care of, from administering medicine to play time.

Information Kevin A. would like to know about your pet
I have no breed preference. I'd just like to know about the dog's history: what they like and dislike, how are they with strangers, etc.
A typical day
I know a lot of different parks in DC! We'd walk or jog to a nice open or park and get in some great exercise playing fetch. If this particular canine is more of a low-energy dog, then we could walk along a Rock Creek Park trail to stimulate the mind, or to places with good grass to lie down on for belly rubs.
