Kessy was good with Marlee. Marlee felt comfortable in her space. She listened to my concerns for Marlee eating because she is picky. I would definitely refer Kessy & in the future use her services again.

Kessy was amazing💙 my pup absolutely love her and all there cuddles sessions lol🤣 Nash doesn’t go potty outside only on the pads, although this was a first for Kessy the adjustment was smooth. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely awesome!! Received pictures while away, accommodated me in many ways, and just an all around great person! Megatron and I will be back!

Kessy is so sweet and went above and beyond to accommodate my pup on such short notice. She was very communicative and responsive during boarding, and I am looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you, Kessy!

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience for my dog for many reasons. 1) I specifically asked that she clean my dogs eyes every day because he can get eye buggers. When I picked up my dog, this had not been done and she had massive eye junk in her eyes that must have been very painful. 2) When she gave me back the water bowl, surprisingly she said she cleaned it before giving it to me, the bottom was green and brown. I am not sure how a bowl was able to get that dirty in a week but for an unknown period of time my dog was clearly not drinking safe water. This is obviously a major safety concern. 3) She did not attempt to brush out my dog despite me specifically requesting a brush every day or every other day. 4) When I went to pick up my dog, she was actually scared on Kessy. It makes me wonder what happened when I was not there. 5) Lastly, I brought a massive amount of food supply via glass Tupperware. When she packed the bag, she forgot the few that were being "cleaned" and those left in the fridge/freezer. When I asked her to return them via mail or dropping them off, she admitted to having them but felt like it would be easier to mail me a couple random plastic bowls instead. I sent her a link to the glass Tupperware if she would rather just replace the set instead of mailing or dropping my set off. She responded with saying that she didn't like being accused of taking my Tupperware, even though she admitted to having them, and she was going to refuse to send them to me and was instead going to block the conversation instead. Essentially, she admitted to wanting to not return my stuff and keep it. This is beyond incredibly unprofessional and she still has my Tupperware...
