I always ask for a trial meeting with the pet parents and their fur-baby to ask questions, and get a sense of what a normal day looks like in the home. I also ask that all parents document as much about their pet, and their home as possible so that I can be ready for any eventuality.

Kerry is one of the most trustworthy, caring people I've met. He has looked after my dog and cat on multiple occasions and they are always well-cared for and so happy whenever they see him! I would highly recommend him for any pet-care needs.
