I have a secure garden with plenty of space for dogs to explore, play and relax. I'm around during the day, so dogs in my care receive lots of attention, company and regular toilet breaks. I share my home with my family, and Bran, my friendly young Cocker Spaniel. Like most spaniels, he's sociable and enjoys play when meeting new dogs, but settles well afterwards. For any dogs staying with us it's important they're comfortable with family life and happy to spend time with Bran. Meet and greets are always welcome to make sure it's a good fit for everyone. For drop ins and walks, I'll fit in with your dog's usual routine as much as possible and keep you updated with photos and messages along the way.

Please let me know how they are around other dogs, children and anything else that helps them feel settled. For any dogs staying in my home, they'll need to be happy sharing their space with both, so it's important we're confident it's a good fit for everyone.
A typical day
Most days involve a couple of walks and plenty of time outdoors. We're lucky enough to have lots of lovely local walks nearby. There are plenty of quiet paths or open fields I can take your dog to, dependent on what they enjoy most. If your dog enjoys the company of other dogs, they're welcome to join Bran and me on our walks. Back home, your dog will find a cosy and safe place to relax. I want dogs to feel safe, settled and at home here, with plenty of company and attention.

Hi, I'm Kerry! I share my home with my family, and a 14 month old Cocker Spaniel called Bran. Since bringing my dog home, I've spent a lot of time learning about the needs of active and busy breeds. I understand the importance of both physical exercise and metal stimulation and, I enjoy incorporating training, enrichment and sniffy walks into my dog's day. We're out walking everyday, exploring local paths and enjoying plenty of opportunities to sniff, play and have fun.I'm home throughout the day, which means I can offer flexible walks, drop in visits and lots of company. I understand that every dog is different, and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, routines and quirks! I have a secure garden and a friendly dog who enjoys canine company. Most importantly, I'll care for your dog as I would my own and keep you updated with photos and messages while they're with me.

Kerry has looked after our dog for many years while we took holidays or just for odd days when we were not around. Pip (our dog) loved staying with her and her family and was always treated as one of them, so much so that when we returned she was always happy to see us but could have quite happily stayed longer! Kerry has a great understanding of dogs and has spent hours training and playing with her own dog and you can tell because he is such a happy, well behaved dog who loves other dogs. The family home is a safe and loving environment for dogs and the back garden is completely secure. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry to look after any dog. She is a calm, reliable person who really understands the needs of dogs and treats them with kindness and so much care.
