Kerri is truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. It’s clear how much she genuinely loves animals. She is kind, personable, incredibly responsible, and an excellent communicator. We have a fairly complicated pet household with three cats and our dog, Millie, and Kerri handled everything seamlessly. Two of our cats don’t get along and require carefully scheduled free time and separate safe spaces. Kerri coordinated their routines exactly as we do, making it feel as though we had never left. She also managed daily oral prednisone for our elderly cat with patience and care. While we were away, Kerri provided detailed daily updates that included summaries, photos, and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. She took Millie on adventures to new places to walk and explore, making sure she was not only cared for but genuinely enjoying herself. She also kept an eye on our home, which was an added comfort while we were gone. The best testament to how wonderful Kerri is may be Millie’s reaction whenever she sees her. To this day, Millie gets more excited to see Kerri than just about anyone else. That level of trust and affection says everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would trust her again without hesitation.

Kerri has watched my dog, Murray, several times and she's always my first choice when I need someone to look after him. She's incredibly reliable, easy to communicate with, and truly loves being around dogs. Murray can be a little spoiled and likes his routines, but he's always comfortable with Kerri and gets so excited when he sees her. I never have to worry when he's with her because I know he's getting lots of attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles. She also does a great job keeping me updated with photos and messages, which I really appreciate when I'm away. It's obvious she treats every dog like they're her own. I would recommend Kerri to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!
