Availability
My husband and I work different schedules but most of the time someone is always home. Your pup may be alone for a few hours a day, but they will definitely be safe and sound. On the weekends, I am always home unless I run out for a quick errand.

Information Kerri P. would like to know about your pet
No breed preferences but prefer dogs under 50lbs. Crated pups are a plus but not necessary! Must get along with other dogs/cats and people. Unfortunately, we can not host male dogs as one of our pups is male-aggressive. Humans must be trustworthy!
A typical day
Walks outside on our small 4 acre micro farm, lots of belly rubs, plenty of toys and treats if allowed. Maybe even a puppocino? We can have bath time if needed. Crazy good time with animals that ALL get along with each other, from bunnies and chickens to goats and pigs!

Pet care experience
I first started Rover back in 2016,when I lived in a small singlewide trailer in Cary NC. I needed some extra cash, so I signed myself up as a sitter. Thus “The Trailer Bark” was born. I have taken a hiatus for the past couple of years to devote my extra time to house hunting. My husband and I bought a small home on 4 acres, just 25 mins from most cities in the Triangle! We have now been here for almost 3 years. From the moment we moved in, we added new furry (and feathered) members to our family. We have 7 pups, a few cats, multiple chickens, two piggies, 1 turkey, and a couple goats (Loretta Lynn and June Cash) on our little farm. We also have an established Rabbitry on the farm as well and we specialize in raising Netherland Dwarf Rabbits. We continue to add to our farm and we just know your pup will love it out here. We live off-road, so no worries about traffic or potential accidents. It’s quiet, it’s slow, it’s HEAVEN. I’m sure you can already tell, but my husband and I have a passion for animals. We will treat your pet as our own and take every precaution needed to give them the best experience. My husband and I do work full time hours but are on different schedules. So one of us is home multiple times throughout the day everyday. On the weekends I am always home unless I have to run a quick errand. If your pup is crate trained, we can always crate them when we are away just to take extra precautions. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you for entrusting us with your furry family member(s).
Reviews

Kerri was a wonderful host for our mini labradoodle. Pepper was well cared for and well entertained at their home. Pick up found her happy & not too stressed by our absence. This was a return visit and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

I recommend Kerri highly! She took great care of my little labradoodle. The resident animals are inquisitive and well socialized. Pepper had a great stay and came home happy & unstressed. We will definitely go back! Communication was awesome. We got a good progress report every day and cute pictures of Pepper.

Once again Kerri is great. She provides daily updates and will address any requests such as giving our dog a bath before pick up. I highly rcommend her to any dog lover.

Kerri was fantastic! She promptly responds to messages and accommodated all my requests, such as sending pictures of the dogs playing, providing daily updates and bathing him before pick up. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with Kerri. She treats my dog as if he was one of her own, and I highly recommend her and would use her again.
