Home Full-Time, Big Dog Lover

Hi, I’m Kerri! 🐾 I’m a stay-at-home mom, which means your dog will never be left alone for long periods—they’ll have company, supervision, and care throughout the day. Along with my husband, our two kids, and our 11-month-old Boerboel puppy, we provide a loving, structured, and family-friendly environment for your pet. My puppy is 170 pounds at just 11 months old, and pictures don’t do him justice! He’s a gentle giant who gets very excited to meet new people and loves making new dog friends. I take dogs of all sizes, but if you have a big dog, I’m especially a great fit—I have plenty of experience with large breeds and know how to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. We moved to Texas about 18 months ago, but I’ve been a Rover sitter since our time living in New York, where I cared for many happy pets. We have a fully fenced backyard—perfect for safe, supervised outdoor play—and cameras inside so we can keep an eye on the dogs at all times. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always top priority here. Our Boerboel puppy is 170 pounds of playful love. He’s still learning, very friendly, and would absolutely enjoy having another dog to play with—we’re always looking to give him more positive social experiences. My husband and I are lifelong animal lovers, and our kids are gentle, respectful, and always supervised with pets. We offer consistent routines, lots of love, and regular updates so you can feel at ease while your furry friend is in our care.

Kerri and the family were amazing! She took in my Chloe and embraced her with so much love. Chloe is not as ginormous as Vegas, but Chloe warmed up and was good! Thank you so much Kerri for being kind and gentle with Chloe! I definitely recommend….hands down! God bless!

Fantastic experience, already booking her again for our next trip! Responsive, attentive, super active with the dogs and kept our boy consistent on his routine. We got pictures, videos, and updates daily. Highly recommend for big, playful dogs.

Kerri was absolutely amazing! My dog has anxiety and can be nervous with strangers. Her entire family made Buddy feel welcomed and relaxed. She contacted me at least three times a day with comments and pictures. Because of Kerri my husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend Kerri. She knows and loves animals. We wouldn’t have anyone else watch our fur baby in the future!

As a stay-at-home mom, pet care is part of my daily life. I’m home throughout the day, so feeding, walks, playtime, and potty breaks happen on a consistent schedule without rush. Our fenced backyard provides safe outdoor time for dogs, and for other pets, I ensure they have a calm, supervised environment. Cameras inside and out help me keep an eye on all pets at all times. Pets quickly become part of our family routine, receiving love, attention, and care every day.

Safety, trust & environment

In my home, pets receive full-time attention, structure, and love. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m always around to provide regular feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and cuddles. We have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, and cameras inside and out so I can monitor the pets at all times. Our friendly resident pup offers built-in companionship for social dogs, and I carefully manage introductions to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Every pet becomes part of our daily family routine, with plenty of care and supervision throughout their stay.

Pets

A typical day

Dogs in our care enjoy lots of playtime in our fenced backyard, walks, enrichment toys, and social time with our friendly pup (if they’re comfortable). We play fetch, work on basic manners, and offer plenty of cuddles and attention. If your pet prefers a calmer vibe, we’re happy to keep things low-key with snuggles, chew toys, or quiet time by our side. Every pet gets personalized care based on their personality and energy level.

It’s important to know your pet’s routine, energy level, and temperament. Any special needs like medications, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be shared—I understand special diets well because my puppy has allergies. I’d also like to know how they interact with other pets and people, especially kids. Understanding their likes, dislikes, and any fears helps me provide the best care and make their stay stress-free and comfortable. The more details you share, the better I can tailor my care to your pet’s needs.
