I'm pretty flexible in how I organize my time. Walks, feedings, etc. can all be arranged with me to satisfy your expectations. Having had our own pets, we feel confident that satisfying your pet’s needs while they’re in my care should be seamless.

Information Keri P. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to know their level of maturity. What does your pet know? Potty-trained? Do they run out the door? Leash-walking? What does your pet like to do? Fetch? A certain toy? Kongs or lick mats when I’m away? Is there anything I need to know about your pet’s health? Do they need medications? Are more frequent potty breaks necessary? Anything your pet can’t do/have?
A typical day
First thing we need to do is get up and stretch our legs with a potty trip outside in the backyard. Then we will come in and have breakfast. Now it’s time to get our good workout in: a walk, catch, play, any and all of the above. Then we go back to the house where we can rest, play, train, and take potty breaks in spurts throughout the day. Your pet will likely have a lot of ability to roam our house and hang out with us at all times that we’re home. While we are away, pets can be crated or left out depending on owner’s preferences. Dinner time and another walk will come in the evening and the day will end with a little more play time and a good cuddle sesh if that’s your pet’s thing!

Pet care experience
As an animal lover, I'd consider myself very experienced with animals of all kinds. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and horses. Before losing him in the fall of 2023, I raised and cared for my dog, Chaps, for 12 years. It was a great 12 years, and I loved spending time training him. "Sit" and "down" are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the tricks Chaps could do. I am very comfortable with pets of all sizes. I am also comfortable taking care of most any special needs your pet may have. Tell me what you and your pet like, and I will do my best to provide an experience just the way you, and they, like it! Your pet will be safe and comfortable with me!
Reviews

Keri was super sweet, and treated Cordy like her own! Her and her kiddos are super cuddly with fur babies!

Keri is amazing! She was very patient, kind, and loving with Lucy. She was a lifesaver and walked Lucy for a few weeks while were dog-sitting. She helped prevent Lucy from getting stir crazy at the house! We highly recommend Keri for her flexibility and obvious love towards animals. Thank you, Keri!

Keri took excellent care of our 4 month old puppy while I was traveling for work this week. I really appreciated the adorable photos and daily summary. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our little pup.

Keri won over my grumpy dog who doesn’t like everyone! Keri was on time and did everything I asked and more. I’m definitely going to book again for drop in visits so my dogs aren’t alone for the whole work day.
