Hi! We’re Keri and Mike—married 35+ years, semi‑retired, and excited to start house and pet sitting. We’re easygoing, honest, trustworthy, and live a clean lifestyle: no smoking, no drinking, no drama. Just two down‑to‑earth people who love animals and new experiences. We lost our two fur‑babies, Blake and Crystal, three years ago. They were litter mates with big personalities—Crystal needed thyroid medication twice a day and acted like a little diva, while Blake was our cuddle‑bug who wanted all the attention. We miss them dearly and love being around animals whenever we can. We live between Dallas and Fort Worth and run an Airbnb in Euless. I’m retired from a major airline and still have flight benefits, plus a completed federal background check from my career. Mike owns a window‑cleaning business, and I keep myself busy with IT and payroll work. House sitting gives us the chance to explore new places in a local, non‑touristy way. We’re new to this world, but we bring decades of responsibility, respect, and genuine care. We’d love to answer any questions you have—just reach out!

Schedule
I work Monday - Wednesday. Our home can accommodate 2-3 indoor cats. Prefer to kitty-cat sit at your home and I am able to travel.

Your pet’s comfort and well-being are our top priorities. In our home, cats have their own dedicated indoor space where they can settle in at their own pace before joining the rest of the house. We like to let them lead and adjust in whatever way feels most comfortable for them. When we’re in your home, we follow your routines and house rules closely. We do prefer a separate bedroom to sleep in without pets for the first few nights so everyone can have a calm, comfortable adjustment period. After that, we’re happy to adapt based on what works best for everyone. We’re committed to creating a safe, loving environment for your pets, whether they're with us or we’re with them.
A typical day
Wake-up, kitty-cat guides me to the bathroom then coffee pot then their food dish. Spend the next cup of coffee loving on and talking to kitty(s) before starting the day. Daytime activities will vary depending on needs. And nighttime activities will consist of quiet time before cuddling up in bed.

- To provide the best care, we prefer to arrive a day early to meet you and your pets in person. This early visit allows us to learn their daily routines, understand the nuances of your home, and address any questions you might have. It also helps your pets get familiar with us before we begin our stay. We find it especially helpful to have photos of each pet along with their names and any special quirks or preferences. This helps us quickly learn who’s who and ensures we can give each pet the personalized care they deserve.
