First, just know that I hate that I have to leave this review for Kenzi. Kenzi is a very nice young person and when I met her I thought completely safe leaving my dog in her care. However, Kenzi arrived 3 hours late to her first dog sitting at my house with Toffi, after I had already left the state for an important event in NY. Kenzi agreed to stay overnight and I said she could invite her girlfriend over whom I had met with Kenzi the day before. As it turns out, Kenzi also invited their boyfriends to spend the night at my house with her. She did not ask me or inform me of this and I had not met these two boys. The next day when my husband and daughter arrived back home in the morning from Europe, which Kenzi knew they would be arriving home early, they found Kenzi and said friends at the house with empty alcohol cans in various rooms. Assuming the first day would go well, I had planned to book Kenzi to dog sit for Toffi for the next 3 days. However, because of this experience, my daughter (college age) agreed not to go out of town with us and stay home with the dog. Because I anticipated Kenzi staying 3 nights, I had left food money for her, which she took all of even though she only stayed one night at the house. To be fair to Kenzi, she apologized immediately for showing up late and having her male friends over at my house and took full responsibility. Kenzi promised to repay me the money she had taken and still has not. While I still think Kenzi is a nice person, she lacks maturity and cannot be relied on. I am sure she is good with animals when she does show up to be with them. I hope Kenzi will learn from this experience, but as of now, I have to give her a low overall rating.

Kenzie is very caring and loves pets. She has helped me with mine for many years. I highly recommend using her for your pet caring needs.
