Hi! I'm Kenzie, a compassionate, dependable animal lover with a huge heart for pets of all kinds. Animals have always been a special part of my life, and caring for them brings me genuine joy. In addition to being an elementary teacher, I have experience in dog rescue and have spent years helping animals receive the care, attention, and love they deserve. As a teacher, patience, responsibility, consistency, and strong communication are part of my everyday life—qualities that help me provide exceptional care for pets and peace of mind for their owners. I've been a pet owner since I was 16 years old and have had the privilege of loving four wonderful dogs throughout my life: Gordo, Honey, Princess Chloe, and Daisy. They have all since crossed the rainbow bridge and hold a special place in my heart. They taught me so much about loyalty, unconditional love, and the importance of treating every animal like family. Today, I share my home with my beloved cat, Essie, who is 9 years old. One of my favorite things about Essie is that we share the same birthday, making our bond even more special. Caring for both dogs and cats has given me an appreciation for the unique personalities, routines, and needs of different pets. I truly have a heart for animals and understand that they are more than pets—they are family.
