My first experience caring for pets began with my golden retriever, Max, who I got as a puppy when I was 9 years old. We had him for 10 amazing years until his passing in 2017. The following year, I began working at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant, where I developed a genuine interest in veterinary care. During my six years at the clinic, I gained a strong understanding of what it takes to properly care for both dogs and cats. I've worked hands-on with pets of all different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from Chihuahuas and Yorkies to French Mastiffs and Great Danes, as well as cats with a wide range of temperaments. My experience taught me how to safely handle and care for animals while also recognizing when they may be stressed, uncomfortable, or simply need a little extra patience. The health, safety, and well-being of your pet(s) will always be my top priority. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family members, and I'll put both my experience as a lifelong pet owner and my veterinary healthcare background to good use to make sure they're safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they're with me.
