We offer overnight boarding for dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. My son and I used to volunteer at the animal shelter and care for the dogs there, doing both support services (cleaning, laundry) and interacting with dogs (giving treats, working on basic commands).I have raised 2 dogs and have cared for many others.

This was my first time leaving my dog as just recently adopted and was anxious, however Ken made it easy. He sends check ins/updates to let me know how my dog is handling the temporary change. It was nice. He also worked with his routine as he could so he was not off when he returned. Everything about the experience was great. Thank you again.

Would 100% definitely recommend. Kenneth and his family took extra great care of my rat terrier mix. Kenneth was very responsive and communicative throughout her entire stay. My dog gots lots of rest, relaxation, exercise, play and care. Thank you again!

I work from home so I have time to care for the animals every day, though I am more free for extra activities after my regular work hours.

Safety, trust & environment
I try to get to know the dog by speaking to the owner/owners and observing them. We follow the instructions of the owners. In my home we try to cater the care to the dog’s personality. If a dog is more active we go for frequent walks and play with them as much as possible. For less active dogs we provide a quiet and safe haven so they can relax in our company.
A typical day
For walking the dogs I would simply follow the owner’s instructions. Each dog and his or her owner has already established a routine of their walk paths and I wouldn’t break from that unless an emergency comes up.
