Your furbaby’s new best friend 💓
I’ve had dogs my whole life (I’m 48) and have been involved with a dog rescue for more than 25 years. I have fostered hundreds of dogs from newborn litters of puppies to seniors that are in “hospice care”. I’m an expert at getting dogs to take their meds and can give shots, including insulin, if needed. Ive never met a dog that I haven’t been able to win over - no matter how skittish or quirky they may be. I can’t imagine life without dogs. I’ve also had cats most of my life, though we don’t have any right now. I’m down to clean cat boxes, etc. We also had a chinchilla for several years so I’m experienced with small furry rodents as well and don’t mind cleaning their cages or handling them. Lastly, my parents have had birds most of my life and now have a 24 year old African Grey parrot that I take care of half the year when they are on cruises. She is a prickly pear but I love her and she’s given me a lot of experience caring for feathered friends.

Kendra was amazing from the day we did a meet and greet. It only took a few minutes before she said Westy was welcomed at her house. I received daily video updates. She made Westy feel comfortable and that put me at ease since he hardly ever leaves my sight. He will definitely be back to play with his new friends! I could say so much more!!
Kendra is the best dog sitter! Her home is like a little dog heaven—safe, welcoming, and full of fun for the dogs. We loved getting daily videos while we were out of town. It gave us so much peace of mind (and joy!) to see how happy and well cared for our boys were while we were away. Our dogs had the best time playing with the other dogs she watches—they came home happy, relaxed, and completely worn out (they literally slept for two days after their weekend with her 😆). If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dogs like family and keep you connected while you’re away, Kendra is amazing!
Thank you so much Kendra!! My doggo Apollo was SO well cared for. I could tell when I picked him up he was so comfortable in their home and around both the humans and other dogs there. The environment is clean and backyard was spacious - he was definitely spoiled with some treats and pets. He is all happy and tired out now from playing all weekend ❤️

Schedule
I work from home so I’m there with my babies 24/7. I also have a very flexible job so I can adjust my schedule to go check on other pets throughout the day as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a doggy door in the wall of my house and a fully fenced in yard so my dogs come and go as they please. I can also crate any dogs that are used to being crated. I am used to dealing with dogs that are new to me so if I’m caring for an animal in their own home I am gentle and patient so I gain their trust.

A typical day
We start our day pretty early and that begins with an early morning walk. We live around the corner from a school with a huge fenced in yard so they love to go run before or after school. We have a good sized backyard so we play ball, chase neighborhood squirrels, and they love playing with my teen daughter.
