Kendra did a wonderful job taking care of our vizsla, taking her on many walks around her nice neighborhood. She kept us informed, up to date with any issues, and is a very relaxed person in general. Her cats were super relaxed too and our pooch did great with them!

I am grateful that Kendra was able to watch our 3 boys super last minute. I would say that even though she seems like a nice person I don’t think I could recommend her for house sitting or for active dogs, but I hope there’s something to be learned from this experience, and I hope she takes this as constructive criticism. The dogs had to poop pretty badly when we arrived. I did let her know at the meet and greet that they needed at least one good walk a day, and to make sure they poop. She said she was too busy with work to update me as much as I was wanting (I was hoping for twice a day or at least once, and I had to have a talk with her about wanting better communication and updates/not having to ask for them) the updates were betterish on the last day she was here which I really appreciated! I would have liked more photos of them and to see that they were happy. I also could have been more clear, and firm in my expectations of communication right out of the gate. I was a little upset when I showed up at the house. There was something sticky all over the left side of our bedroom floor that I had to mop, the room was also stinky (dirty cat box) and the window was cracked so it was very cold for our 17 year old cat that’s very skinny from having kidney disease. He was also exhibiting signs that his ear infection had returned and it was hurting him, he was digging at it, very unbalanced when he walked, and shaking his head a lot. She never told me about it all of the times I asked about the boys or I would have told her she could use the ear drops in the fridge on him so he wasn’t so uncomfortable, and that made me sad. Im a little bummed about our experience. I also wasn’t told that the door hanger for the lockbox had been broken off. I know she had issues with opening the lockbox as it was sticking and I will definitely be replacing it for future sitters.

Ruby stayed for almost a week and did great! She got along well with the sitter’s cats and came back clean, happy, and well cared for. The sitter followed instructions closely, was very flexible with timing, and kept great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Kendra took care of my pet while I was out of town for a week. Highly recommend them! The house was even clean when I got home!

Kendra has watched my dog, Sunny, several times and has provided her with so much love and care. She provided frequent updates and pictures throughout the stay and was helpful with any special needs or questions. Kendra is trustworthy, reliable, and professional I would have her take care of my dog again!
