have a flexible schedule, especially during the day, which allows me to plan my time around pet care. In the summer I work as a wedding stylist, so I’m very organized with my time and used to showing up reliably and communicating clearly. This flexibility lets me accommodate morning walks, midday check ins, longer walks or hikes, and evening visits for dogs, as well as calm, consistent visits for cats. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, litter care, walks, playtime, or quiet company. For dogs, care can include outdoor time, walks, and exercise tailored to their energy level. For cats, visits focus on feeding, litter maintenance, playtime, and companionship, whether they’re social or prefer a more relaxed presence. I plan my days so pets are never rushed and always get attentive, thoughtful care. I send updates, communicate clearly, and my goal is for your pets to feel comfortable and cared for, and for you to feel completely at ease while you’re away.

I’m very mindful of doors, gates, leashes, and windows, and I always double check everything before leaving to make sure pets are secure. I respect your home as if it were my own. I keep spaces tidy, ensure food and water areas are clean, and make sure pets only have access to safe areas of the home. For cats, I maintain clean litter boxes and keep an eye on anything that could be unsafe or stressful. I’m attentive and calm, which helps pets feel settled and safe. I pay close attention to behaviour, energy levels, and mood, and will always communicate if something seems off. I couldn’t have asked for better care for Sophie. She was taken out on proper hikes and even snowshoeing, which was such a joy to see. Sophie has always loved being outdoors, and it was clear she was given the time, patience, and attention she needed to really enjoy herself. Kendra and her have such a special bond and it’s special to see.
Kendra is basically the aunty in our house. Harlow the cat fully approves of her, seeks her out, and treats her like part of the family, which is the highest compliment a cat can give. Cooper is just as obsessed and considers every visit the best day ever. Walks turn into adventures, naps follow, and the photo updates always make us laugh. Everything feels easy and relaxed when Kendra is around, and it’s obvious how comfortable both pets are with her.
Kendra has been amazing with my dog Lola. From day one it was clear how much she truly loves animals. Lola absolutely adores her and gets so excited every time they go out together. Kendra takes her on great walks and little adventures, and I always get lots of photos and updates, which I really appreciate. It’s such a relief knowing Lola is not only getting exercise but also having fun and being genuinely cared for. Lola always comes home happy and tired, and it’s obvious she feels comfortable and safe with Kendra.
