Pet care experience
The best friends have paws and fur.
While not a professional, I've been around animals my entire life. I was the kid that brought home every stray and wanted to get them home at all costs. My main experience with animals is derived from owning cats and dogs my entire life. I was always the entrusted dog walker as I was growing up or pet sitter for the weekend. Pet care is dependent on the dog. We have one wild boy at home who currently is dying to run around and play every couple of hours or go to the bathroom, so I am constantly on it. And now with our fur baby ready to see the world, we'll be taking loads of walks to get that fix for husky energy. In our home we have one lovely boy, just getting to be over 2 years of age. He is playful and aside from the occasional barking at a cat that enters our backyard he is well mannered and friendly. We do have a crate at the house if needed, though we don't have to crate our dog. We have a decent sized and fenced in backyard (6ft privacy fence) for playing and just being a happy dog. We also have a smaller fenced in area for the dog who needs a little space away from the boys if need be.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard (6ft privacy). Backyard time is monitored, so diggers/escape artists won't get an opportunity. We do have multiple rooms/floors so if need be pets can be separated if they are not getting along. We also have a smaller fenced in area in backyard if outside time needs to have pets separated.

I work from home, so I am able to provide quite a bit of pet care. I do provide walks and check-ins, but none of that should pull me away for an extensive amount of time.

- The things I find most important to know about a dog range from their daily routine to the things that make them a little uneasy. I want to make sure your dog is happy and healthy. So if they don't get along with other dogs or you are unsure, we won't put them in situations that might upset them. If they like to play, but you don't know how they will do at a dog park, maybe they'd just like a friend to walk with.
