I’m home most of the day which allows me to give pets lots of attention, care, and supervision. My mornings usually start early around 5am, so pets staying with me get early potty breaks and a calm start to the day. Throughout the day, I’m home doing normal daily activities like spending time with my kids, gardening, and caring for our own pets. Because of this, dogs are able to go outside frequently for potty breaks, playtime in the fenced yard, and walks. Pets are rarely left alone for long periods of time, and I’m able to adjust to their feeding, walking, and sleep schedules to help them feel comfortable while they are away from home.

I’m home throughout the day which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care. Our home is a calm, family environment where pets are treated like part of the family. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go out for fresh air and playtime, along with regular walks and potty breaks throughout the day. I’m very attentive to each pet’s routine and needs and always try to keep their schedule as close to home as possible. We also have our dog Mia (2 years old) and our puppy Kane (10 months old), so your pet will be around other animals that are used to a loving home environment.

Please let me know about any special routines, dietary needs, medications, or behavioral quirks your pet may have so I can make their stay as comfortable as possible. Because I have three young children in the home, I do require pets staying with us to be kid-friendly and comfortable around families. My goal is always to create a safe, calm environment for both the pets and my family. I also appreciate knowing your pet’s typical schedule for feeding, walks, and sleep so I can keep their routine consistent while you’re away.
A typical day
Since I’m home during the day, pets staying with us get lots of attention and activity. A typical day includes morning potty breaks, walks, playtime, and time outside in our fenced backyard. Most dogs will get two walks a day along with multiple outdoor breaks to burn off energy. I also make sure pets get playtime, affection, and downtime so they feel comfortable and relaxed. I also enjoy spending time outside gardening, so dogs often get extra outdoor time relaxing in the yard with me while still being supervised.

Pet care experience
I've been working with animals since I was about 7. My mom started fostering dogs (sick or healthy) and she always made it part of my responsibility to take care of them. Then when I was 11 I started riding horses and that was a work to ride program the boarders and the owner had dogs so I started bathing , and walking for extra cash. Moved on to working in Kennels and Doggy Day Cares along with Veterinarian Hospitals. Now 15 years later I have my husband and kids and I pet sit and foster in my spare time I love working with animals that's why I made it such a big part of my life.

Excellent sitter for my geriatric dog and cat plus another hyper cat!! Kept all things in order in the house. The animals seemed contented and happy when I returned. Communication was excellent by checking in with texts and pictures each day. Thanks, Kendra. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Kendra, because I booked last minute. I was very happy to find someone to help me out at the last minute. My animals were well cared for despite my lack of detailed instructions. Than you Kendra
