Every pet is different, and the more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide personalized care and make them feel safe while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of attention, affection, and activities tailored to each pet’s personality and needs. For energetic dogs, I love incorporating walks, outdoor time, play sessions, and enrichment activities to help them stay happy and stimulated. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I’m happy to provide calm companionship, cuddles, and a relaxing environment. I believe pets thrive on routine, so I’ll follow their normal schedule for meals, potty breaks, medications, and rest while adding in fun activities they enjoy. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, a game of fetch, practicing basic commands, or simply spending quality time together, my goal is for your pet to feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I also have a friendly, social Portuguese Water Dog who loves meeting and playing with other dogs. If your pet enjoys socializing and you’re comfortable with it, I’m happy to include supervised playtime or walks together to provide extra companionship and enrichment.

Kendra does amazing an amazing job with taking care of dogs! She is always looking out for their best interest including making sure they have opportunities to play, walk, and time for naps. Kendra is knowledgeable in basic commands and knows how to handle dogs on and off leash!
Kendra has been a dog owner for several months now and has prioritized his health and well being at the top of her list. She uses the available dog parks in the Baltimore Metro area, takes him on hikes throughout the tri-state, and tries to socialize him with other dogs as much as possible. She is in the process of training him as he moves through his puppy years and has had good success. Kendra has pet sat for many years and gets many repeat customers. She leads an active lifestyle and would be a great asset to the Rover community.
