I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have five: two labs, a Berner, and two rescue mutts. I also foster for rescue organizations, usually seeking the puppy or senior dogs. I can train puppies and administer meds to old dogs if needed. I love to take my dogs for walks and give them lots of exercise.

Kendall is amazing!! She took care of my three dogs over break and honestly, I think they’re a little obsessed with her now. 😅 She sent me daily photo updates, took them on long walks, and my neighbors even mentioned seeing her out with them regularly. When I got home, the dogs were super happy to see me… but also totally wiped out from all the fun and exercise. 😂 They were in GREAT shape — well cared for, calm, and clearly loved. I’ve used a lot of dog walkers before, and Kendall is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Schedule
I am a first grade teacher so I am home by 4pm during the week and also have some flexibility around lunchtime. I am off in the summers and all holidays. I am also available on weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I am happy to come to your house to care for your pet or your pet is welcome to stay at my home. I have a fenced one-acre yard and a great neighborhood for walking. I can offer your dog a comfy dog bed or have an extra crate if that is preferred.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on long walks around the neighborhood to sniff all the smells, enjoy the fresh air, and burn off some energy. I also love taking walks along the C&O Canal with my dogs.
