Pet care experience
Flexible schedule to walk/run/hike!
Hi! I'm Kendall, and on top of having dogs of my own for the majority of my life, I have three years of professional pet care experience. Working at a dog day care and boarding facility gives me experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, special feeding instructions and giving medications, grooming, training, and much more. I am also pet CPR and First Aid certified. I currently am working ski school at Purgatory a few days a week, and would love to take your dog on walks, runs, or hikes, or just a cuddle on the couch. I have a large car that can accommodate any size dog(s), so I can pick up animals for boarding if needed. I live in a house with a fenced in back yard, and am walking distance to hikes and the river path. I can't wait to meet you and your dog!

Kendall was amazing! We needed someone to stop in to check on our babies while we were at the resort and she made sure they were taken care of.
Kendall was amazing! Our dog used to have some behavior issues and needs a sitter that will enforce the rules and structure and he hasn’t missed a beat. We can tell that she kept up his routine and structure. She took great care of him and we were super comfortable leaving him with her for 10 days. She was very professional. We will definitely be asking Kendall to watch our dog again!

Kendall took great care of our girls while we were away. Despite having to get her phone replaced at an inopportune time, she still kept in touch before and during the visit and made us feel very confident in her!
If anyone should be a dog sitter it’s Kendall. Not only does she have certifications in doggie CPR, but she was a top employee at our local dog camp for years! I know Kendall is kind and responsible with K9 friends because she treats my puppy Rosie like her own. I trust Kendall more than any of my friend with my dog.

Schedule
I am currently teaching ski school at Purgatory, so my schedule is pretty flexible, especially given advance notice. I live in downtown Durango so have pretty easy access to almost anywhere!

I live in a duplex with a fenced in backyard with room to play. Depending on your pet's needs, we can play in the yard, or go on hikes or walks in the neighborhood.

A typical day
Depending on your dog's needs and personality, we can snuggle on the couch, play in the backyard, practice training or other stimulating games, or go on runs or hikes to get some energy out!
