I am currently working part time, and going to school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. So, I have a pretty busy schedule during weekdays. On weekends I’ll be able to spend a ton of time in the house with the pets, and I’ll also have time to swing by for potty breaks between my classes if you do book with me during the week. My car gets good gas mileage, so driving isn’t an issue for me at all either.

When I am at a clients home I do my best to only leave when it’s absolutely necessary. I find it’s most comforting for the pets and owners if I’m able to spend the majority of my time at the house. When I do need to leave I ensure that the pets have been fed, given plenty of water, and that they were able to go to the bathroom before I leave. The pets come first, so I do my best to alter my schedule to accommodate to them.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I would need to account for. I’ve watched two dogs that are deaf and one that is blind, so I am capable of caring for them I just need to know ahead of time. Please also let me know if your dog has any walking triggers, so that I can be prepared when we’re out and about.
A typical day
I love spending time with pets! I’ll make sure that they are constantly getting to play, and walk daily! Making pets happy is my favorite thing to do! Whether that entails playing all day or cuddling on the couch depends on the pet!

I’ve been pet sitting since I was around 15 years old. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes, and several different breeds of cats. My friends, family, and other clients have relied on me to feed, walk, play with, and bathe their pets while they’re away. I’ve also pet say for many different durations of time, whether it be daily check ins, or staying at the house for a few weeks. I also have two dogs of my own, so I know all the ins and outs that come along with watching pets. I always treat others pets the way I would want my dogs to be treated when I’m away!

Kendall was so awesome at watching our 4 pets while we were away for a week. I felt so comfortable knowing everyone was safe, happy and taken care of. Kendall sent cute pics of the dogs and cats every day and was always super quick to respond. I will never go back to kennel boarding again, thank you Kendall. We can’t wait to go on another trip!
Kendall watched our pups overnight at our house and was great at communicating with us and the dogs seemed to enjoy hanging with her. We have a young puppy so I was nervous, but he did great! She was great at communicating with us too.
Kendall was very proactive in getting prepared for our trip and making sure that everything was taken care of while we were gone. She was organized and easy to reach by text or call. She sent pictures throughout our trip and gave regular updates. She even had our cat join her for cuddles!
