I'm a mom to a sweet 6-month-old baby boy, and we spend our weekdays at my best friend Emily’s home in Portage, where we care for a small group of kids—including her two daughters. We absolutely love our daily routine, and we’d be thrilled to welcome some furry friends into the mix!

Please just let me know your dogs overall temperament, special needs (if any) and overall reaction to leash walking. It is also very important to us that your dog is good around children. I want to make sure together, we are creating a safe environment for us, the kiddos and your dog.
A typical day
All pet care will take place at Emily’s home, which has a spacious, fenced-in backyard perfect for playtime. Emily has a friendly 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle named Gigi, who gets along wonderfully with kids and other dogs. Gigi would love a playmate during the day—and even a buddy to join her on walks!

I've been surrounded by animals my whole life—from guinea pigs and fish to dogs and birds—and I truly love them all. I have a senior dog of my own, so I’m familiar with the extra care and attention older pups need, including those with special needs. Whether it’s playtime, quiet companionship, or sticking to a specific routine, I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved.

Kendall is a fantasic pet mother. We have a dog and two cats together, but she handles all the food for them. She will spend hours researching the best kind of food for all three of our babies. Our senior dogs is considered special needs with her collapsed trachea. She needs medicine daily and an apporopriate diet and exercise to maintain her weight and overall health. Kendall has a big heart for any animal and would take great care of your fur children!
