I work from home, and have a flexible schedule such that I can take pets out for walks or make drop in visits during regular business hours.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not live in dog-friendly housing, but I am happy to watch pets at your home! I feel this makes them the most comfortable without disrupting their routines. I live and work in town, so I am available for mid-day walks or activities and I adhere strictly to the health and safety requests of pet owners.
Information Kelsey Y. would like to know about your pet
A couple of things I’d like to know before meeting your pup: Is your dog comfortable off leash? How does your dog respond to other dogs? Does this response change if on-leash versus off-leash? How does your pet respond to other humans? Does your pet have any allergies?
A typical day
A weekday typically starts with breakfast and a walk, followed by some down time as I start my workday. By mid-morning, we’ll break for a walk or play time, before attending to work matters till the late afternoon. If your pet has a treat puzzle or other toy/treat combo, this is typically a great time for it. Once I wrap up work, we’ll head out for a big walk, or, depending on your dog’s comfort level, we can play fetch, go for a bike ride, or head to the dog park! Then we’ll head home for dinner and down time, usually watching sports or a tv show, a quick evening walk, and off to bed.

Pet care experience
I grew up with 2 Labrador retrievers and a Westie, and since then have leaped at any chance to care for the furry friends of my neighbors, co-workers and friends. I’m an active hiker and would love to get your pup out on a (dog friendly) trail! My husband often accompanies me on overnight stays — please advise if your pet has an aversion to men. :)
Reviews

It was such a pleasure to meet Kelsey and I instantly felt that our little, very special dog was in great hands! We were just out for dinner for a few hours and needed help watching our dog at our hotel. Kelsey took him for a couple walks, hung out with him in our cabin, and updated me with a photo. He is now happy and tired which are great signs! She’s definitely our go-to on future visits. Thanks Kelsey!

Kelsey is awesome! Don’t hesitate to book her if you need any help with your pups!

Kelsey was a wonderful addition to our trip to Jackson. She took care of our two pups while we toured the area. She took them out for a potty break and made sure they behaved in the hotel room. She was kind, friendly and most important our two dogs were very calm and content when we returned. We would absolutely use Kelsey again!!

Kelsey was great ! She offered to do a meet and greet and we FaceTimed before our walk.
