My yard is secure with a privacy fence on all sides, and there is an empty lot behind my yard so your pet won't be exposed to any surrounding dogs. I separate doggie guests in different rooms while I'm gone to ensure everyone's safety.

Dog(s) with a history or suspected history of aggression will not be accepted. Dogs must be able to get along well with my dogs and be well socialized; I prefer we meet beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable and to gather additional information about your pet. Please let me know of any health concerns or allergies your pet may have. Clients are responsible for providing food during their dogs stay. All dogs boarding in my home must be up to date on vaccinations and provide proof of vaccines.

I can take your dog on walks around my neighborhood. Your dog can have play time in my backyard under close supervision. If your dog has higher energy and tends to pull on walks and/or likes running, I can use my bike and its leash attachment and teach them how to run along with it. This is intended for medium or large dogs who are in good health.

Hi, I'm Kelsey! I've been an animal lover all of my life and have had cats or dogs throughout my life. Growing up I would read about dog breeds and the different breed groups. I'm knowledgeable about many breeds including their needs and behaviors. I've been working with Rover since 2019 and have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. I have 2 dogs, a beagle and a basset hound. Both of my dogs are well socialized and are accustomed to having visiting dogs stay with us. I'm a firm believer that dogs who get exercise and enrichment are better behaved dogs. A tired pup is a happy pup! I make an effort to get my dogs out at least a few times a week and take the dogs I'm watching along. I like taking them hiking and try to spend time outside with them often. I have experience with dogs who have health issues and administering oral medication. My work schedule is flexible and I do some work from home. During the weekends I spend most of my time at home and can provide plenty of attention to your pets.

Kelsey provides a calm, safe environment for your dog to blend in with her two dogs while you need to be out of town. She did a great job taking care of our boy, Gilbert, and sends pictures so you can see how your dog is doing. Kelsey is great at communication and easy to work with. Gilbert enjoyed his stay!
This was our first time ever using Rover and we were a little hesitant with having someone come into the house to care for our furbabies (2 cats) while we were on vacation. Enter in Kelsey! She was great! Kelsey showed up, took photos, and communicated greatly. We never had to worry at all while on vacation. I would definitely be booking Kelsey again for our next vacation to watch after our furbabies.
Kelsey is our go to for caring for our two cats. She is very communicative and reliable. Our elderly cat trusts her which isn’t an easy feat. Highly recommend.
