Availability
I work in the restaurant industry and clock-in around 30 hours per week, with shifts between 7 and 8 hours. While my schedule is a bit more structured, I’m still committed to providing reliable, attentive care and can accommodate a wide range of bookings outside of my work hours. Feel free to reach out because I’m happy to discuss timing and find what works best.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m an active, reliable person with a background in event planning and restaurant work, so I’m used to long days, early mornings, and staying organized. I start my days early and love getting outside with dogs. Whether that’s a trip to the dog park or a long walk. When house sitting, I typically stay overnight to help pets feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable in their own home. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including daily walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of affection. I always ask how long your pet can be comfortably left alone, just in case I need to step out briefly, but otherwise I remain present and attentive during stays. I care for your home with the same respect I give my own and always aim to leave it clean and tidy. I also love taking photos and sharing updates, so you can expect regular check-ins and plenty of pictures while you’re away.
Information Kelsey U. would like to know about your pet
Every pet is unique, and I’m happy to learn about any special needs, routines, or quirks that help your pet feel comfortable and secure. I do my best to accommodate each pet with patience and care. I also have hands-on experience with rescue dogs, including my shepherd mix, Baby, whom I adopted in 2015. Working with her has taught me how to support anxious or sensitive pets with understanding and positive reinforcement.
A typical day
I stay overnight when house sitting. I believe that's the easiest way to care for them and keep them comfortable. Daily walks, feeding, plenty of cuddles. As for your home, I operate as if there's a nanny cam in every room. I'm respectful and clean. I love taking photos, so no worries about daily updates.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and energy levels. I grew up in a home with two Australian Shepherds and three cats, so managing multiple pets and routines has always come naturally to me. I’m a proud (part-time) pet parent to two rescue dogs, Baby and Bubs. Working with Baby over the past six years has taught me patience, positive reinforcement, and how to support anxious or shy dogs with confidence and care. I offer reliable dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting tailored to your pet’s unique needs. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, medication support, or extra reassurance, I’m here to help. For your peace of mind, I’m certified in Pet CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross and fully insured. I provide regular photo updates and clear communication during every booking. My dogs are the light of my life, and I know how important it is to trust someone with your loved ones. I’ll care for your pet with the same patience, love, and attention I give my own. I’d love to meet you, let’s schedule a meet & greet!
Reviews

Kelsey did such an incredible job taking care of our pups (+ our home!) for a week. She was so communicative and sent regular updates/photos. Kelsey was especially patient and loving with our shy dog, earning her trust in no time. She was also so helpful in administering daily medications. It was such a relief knowing Kelsey was with our pups while we were away - they clearly felt so comfortable and had a great time with her!

Kelsey did an excellent job watching my wild 1.5 yr old Great Dane puppy! I came home to a happy dog and she left my house cleaner than I left it!

Our #1 sitter! Kelsey is such a professional. Thank you, Kelsey!

Kelsey was outstanding. We ended up rescuing a young dog (unplanned) right before a long trip (planned), and needed to change our dog care plans for our new 2-dog family. We reached out to Kelsey, and she quickly put us at ease that she would be a good fit. She ended up being more than we could ask for. She helped our new dog continue establishing his house-training and crate routine while ensuring our older dog was equally engaged. She sent us photos and updates daily. When we came home, the dogs were calm, and the house was spotless. I truly couldn't have asked for more.
