Hi! My name is Kelsey, an Aussie animal lover who has recently relocated to Campbell River. I have my own dog back in Australia—my best mate—which has given me a strong understanding of daily care, companionship, and responsibility. In addition, I have provided pet-sitting services for family and friends, caring for multiple dogs and cats for periods ranging from a few days to several months, and have been entrusted through a referral to care for a dog outside my personal network. My experience includes drop-in visits, in-home sitting, walking, feeding, playtime, administering medication, and ensuring pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m here to make tails wag and hearts happy ☺️🐾

I highly recommend Kelsey as a dog and house sitter. She is responsible, reliable, and an excellent communicator. Our dog loves her and she clearly loves animals.
Kelsey clearly loves dogs and knows how to handle them. She took the time to meet and walk with us ahead of time and Koda was instantly comfortable with both Kelsey and her partner, Kyle! (Our minds were put at ease as soon as we met both Kelsey and Kyle in person.) Kelsey communicated often with us and kept us informed when anything unusual happened. Kelsey (and Kyle) took great care of both Koda and our home and I am glad we have already rebooked Kelsey for next time!
Kelsey and her partner stayed with my pets for four nights and seem to have won them over! They'd only met once prior to the sit, and came in on the heels of my usual sitter. It was probably quite stressful for the animals to have strangers come in, so it is a good indication of their approach that my pets got comfortable so quickly. Even my cranky antisocial cat allowed a few pats! My apartment was left clean and tidy, with dishes and laundry completed.
Kelsey took great care of our cat while we were on vacation. Our cat can be a bit challenging just because she can be nervous around new people and also a fussy eater and she needs medication that is mixed into her food. We came home to a happy kitty and a clean house. We will be asking Kelsey to pet sit for us again the next time we go away. Highly recommend!
