Kelsey was a great dog sitter! She followed all of the instructions and left the house in good shape. She was also able to stay late on the last day to accommodate my travel plans. Monty had a good time with her! I would use her again!

Skye was well taken care of. House was in great shape when we got back. Very happy!

Best dogsitter we've ever had - house was perfect when we came home, she did every little thing asked including things not on the booking (ie, feed the fish, let the cat in and out, etc) - first time in years we've left for vacation and not worried about the pets, the yard, or neighbors! We hope to book her in the future for our future vacations.

We booked Kelsey for an extended overnight stay while traveling internationally. We provided clear written instructions, full access to our home, and even sent her a $400 tip in advance via Venmo, recognizing her rate was low for overnight care and wanting to show good faith from the start. Unfortunately, what we experienced was a serious breach of trust and responsibility: The sitter did not stay overnight on most nights, contrary to the booking agreement. We have timestamped door entry logs and tenant confirmation to verify this. Many Meals were either skipped or served hours early — seemingly for her own convenience. Our tenant became so concerned that they stepped in to feed the cats themselves. We returned to unsanitary conditions: Unwashed food containers, some still with dried raw meat residue; others greasy to the touch; a used pot and water bottle/thermos left poorly cleaned; greasy utensils put back in drawers that we had to pull out and rewash A fitted sheet was removed and placed in the washer but left unwashed, still visibly soiled after one wash cycle - no mention or explanation on that either Most concerning: the sitter never communicated any difficulties or limitations. She had every opportunity to let us know if something wasn’t working, but chose not to. We have filed a formal complaint with Rover and submitted documentation. This review is to help others avoid the same experience — especially those entrusting beloved pets and homes during travel.
