Your Pet Deserves The Best!

Hello there! I’m Kelsey, a long-time animal lover with a flexible work-from-home lifestyle and plenty of space in our home to care for your pet. My extensive experience and flexible schedule allows me to offer much more than just basic overnight care. I pride myself on providing a tailored experience filled with love and affection for your pet while also prioritizing safety and reliable communication for your own peace of mind. A little about me? When I first moved to Charlotte back in 2016, I spent two years as a Rover sitter gaining valuable experience with a wide variety of dog breeds, ages, and personalities. I cherished building long-term relationships with repeat customers until taking a break from sitting to adopt and dote on my own lovable mixed breed dog, Cash. My equally animal-loving husband, David, and I share a home in beautiful Madison Park, complete with a sizeable fully fenced-in yard. Cash is the friendliest boy and always happy to welcome a new companion, and I will be home most of the day to ensure your dog is never short on attention! So why choose us? - Safety First. Your pet's well-being and security is our absolute top priority, and we will always prioritize their safety during our time together. Trust is a cornerstone in our relationship and we plan to extend that value to our relationship with you as well. - You Are Our Priority. We never take more than one client at a time, so your pet will have our full attention and care. This guarantee helps reduce stress, as they aren’t exposed to unfamiliar animals or unpredictable social dynamics during their stay. It also allows for tailored activities and routines, creating a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone. - Flexibility Is Our Middle Name. I am incredibly lucky to have the freedom that comes with a very flexible work-from-home schedule. That means I will be available throughout the day to ensure your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. I also know life can be unpredictable, but my flexible schedule easily allows for last minute requests and accommodations. - Communication Is Key. We will keep you updated with regular photos and check-ins, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. We have both felt our own anxieties while leaving our pets in someone else's care and we know just how much reliable communication can alleviate those nerves. - Meet And Greets. We require a complimentary meet-and-greet in our home before booking a new client so that both you and your pet can get the lay of the land and start to feel comfortable in a new space. That in-person time together also allows us to further discuss how we can tailor our services to meet your pet’s specific needs. C'mon, you've read this far... go ahead and send us that first message so we can start creating some fun memories together! 🐾

Kelsey and David were so extremely welcoming and responsive during our dogs stay. Sent updates photos each day. Super easy drop off and pickup times. Cash is a super loveable and sweet boy as well. Will certainly be reaching out to them to dog sit again in the future!

Kelsey and her family make boarding easy and fun for Scout. We could not trust them more, and we are so grateful to them for opening their house to her and treating her like another family member.

Kelsey is amazing! She sent regular updates and photos on how my dog was doing, and was communicative and professional. My pup left her stay with Kelsey happy, tired, and loved! Will definitely be having her stay with Kelsey again in the future.

A typical day

A typical day here is relaxed, attentive, and centered around your dog’s needs. Since I work from home, your pup is rarely alone and gets plenty of companionship throughout the day, from morning potty breaks and breakfast to midday playtime in our fenced yard, where we’ll throw balls, explore, and burn off energy. Between work breaks, there’s lots of check-ins, belly rubs, and couch cuddles, with space to nap nearby while I work. When my husband is home, we both love taking dogs out for neighborhood walks to add some extra enrichment to the day. Evenings are calm and cozy, winding down together inside. It’s a simple, low-stress routine designed to help your dog feel comfortable, loved, and truly at home.
